The pendant faces were stamped out with alphabet stamps to make the eyes, nose and whiskers. They will be much better than pictured. I tried a myriad of "v"s for the nose. Funny, they look a bit like beaks! These are just the prototypes. I'll have them in sterling, copper, vermeil, and solid gold. I am having my first complex die made that will have the faces stamped in, and some other nuances. But before I go to the huge expense of having the die made, I would like your help. This is where the contest comes in.

Hey Suz... I really like Cat B because of its side-sitting position, with the tail wrapped around. It's a great shape! I think kitties look fairly regal when they sit this way. BTW, Ernie is so beautiful, as was Columbo. Maine Coon's are fabulous kitties.

I think Cat A is going to sell the best. How about a cat with a little more to hide? Guess happy cats sell well though. What about CatB with Cat A's head? Are slanted eyes difficult to cut out? Love as always.

Both are cute but cat A has a more unique shape. I see lots of cat B shapes but have not seen cat A's shape. I think you should go with A.
ReplyDeleteCat B reminds me of my own rescued cat Ernie. Ernie is a big fatty but looks so elegant sitting so tall with his tail wrapped around. Also, we rescued a Maine Coon a few nights ago and were able to return him to his owner!
