We're Off!


Bob and I are off for our long awaited trip to the National Parks around the Grand Canyon.  I have left my Etsy shops open with a notice at the top.  Most of the garden is harvested.  The lump of a cat is no longer with us. I have a new camera lens that I really am not proficient with yet.   I have a wheelchair in tow.  When I get back, it will probably be surgery time.  Here we go!

I'll be blogging about our trip.

    A friend just sent me your link & I'm amazed at how much we have in common, just from reading this insert. I too have a cat that I could pass on, he came from a shelter, the previous owner handed him back - I now know why. I will be off on my travels shortly and I will have surgery when I come back and I am not at all proficient with my camera.     Okay, you got me...what happened to Kitty Lump? Enjoy your trip and get to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon if you can, its a long way but its EMPTY and the trip there is beautiful.

    The Lump went to the home of a woman who is a shut in, and that did not work out. She went to a no kill cat shelter after 2 nights of terrorizing our 17 year old cat, and 85pound dog.
    I felt sad, but I just could not do it. :-(
