Sam was having a bit too much fun pretending to be beer laced at the Hoffbrau!  I guess while the cat's away (at Comiccon) the skellie will play!

Day 177 Berlin

Day 177

While shooting the Karl Marx statue, I placed Sam out of the way for other photo takers.  When I turned around there was a perfect shot.  Sam was like: "hey, what about this?"  The Cathedral of Berlin, and they call it "The Dome."  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berlin_Cathedral

Day 176 The Berlin Bear Hug

Day 176

Near the Brandenburg Gate there are street performers.  The Berlin Bear took Sam II off her stand.  Her version of being swept off her feet!  Danced with her, loved her, and gave me his email to send this photo to him.  She was delighted!

Day 174

Sam II found the perfect backdrops at the East Side Gallery.  A symbol of the wall that came down, street artists in Berlin made their mark.  She was well loved here, and I think more photos of her were taken than I took of Sam II.

Day 167 Open Wide

Day 167

Leave it to the Germans to make something clever to teach kids to recycle.  This alligator is actually a paper recycling bin.  We went to the Castle in Ludwigsburg. They have a fantasy park for kids that has a boat ride, Repunzle's Castle with a braid that comes up and down from the tower.  Many other fairy tales that come to life with motorized puppets, and music.  I loved it as much as the kids!
KarlOlga did too.
