Day 27 Sam Is Back
Day 27
Sam is back!! She flew in last night from Denver to Albuquerque. No explanation from Southwest Airlines. They delivered her today. When I opened her box, the styrofoam clam shell had big chunks missing. I think TSA thought there was something in there and stabbed at it. She is more or less okay. Both her arms were removed, but can be put back. All pieces are there. She looked a bit like the Scarecrow in a heap. It must have been traumatic. However, she never stopped smiling.
I am so happy to have her back!!!!
Thanks for stopping by.
Each day is a gift, open now.

SAM IS MISSING! Day 26
SAM UPDATE!!
She has been located in Denver and is flying home later today. Phew!!
Sam did not make the last leg of our trip home from Milan. She is MIA somewhere between
Denver and Albuquerque. :-(
I hope Southwest Airlines can locate her. Stay tuned!
I must thank a USN forum member for the milk carton art! xo

Day 25 Sam 365 Project
Day 25
We had our annual dinner with our friends in Milano: "The Ruffiani." The place they took us was fantastic, the food and wine excellent. It was a chicken themed place, so that made it even better.
When we were leaving I stopped to pose Sam near a beautiful wrought iron gate and garden. Being dark, she was cast in a greenish eerie light. Our friend Steeeeve is holding her for me. I rested her hand over the gate. Bellisimo!
